In order to save you some time in the long run, we have added some information here to address most general queries which we receive at Awen Creations which you can find below.
Postage Details
UK Customers
All our post and packaging is dispatched via 'Royal Mail Signed For' which gives us a tracking number or Parcel Force 48 for heavy items.
International Customers
We post international! All our international Post is sent via 'Royal Mail Internationally Signed For' which gives us a tracking number.
All customers will recieve a dispatch email containing your tracking code as soon as your item/s are dispatched in part or in full.
Large Goods Extra Charges*
International Postage, depending on handling and posting charges for certain very large or very heavy items may enquire extra charges for these services. You will be contacted via email and sent a Paypal invoice for any extra charges. These extra charges will not exceed £20.00 GBP per item.
*Customs charges are not picked up by us, please check with your government for custom charges. This does not apply to U.K customers.
Lost Post
Lost items will be replaced by us if your package is lost in the vast space that is the postal system. Your package is not considered lost until after 15 days U.K or 25 days World Wide, after the item is dispatched by us, so any action can not be taken until after this time. Please email us here with your full name and you’re address details including country and we will track your item and get you your products dispatched as soon as possible.
Items Have Not Been Delivered
Some orders need extra information included before we can send your items out. We will have emailed you for this information and are awaiting for your reply.
The information usually required is:
- Your address was not included in your payment to us
- The items you ordered need confirming which paints you require
Please check your email and your junk folder to make sure our email is not discarded.
General Queries
Urgent Delivery
We are able to deliver items in urgency depending on stock and time of request. This request will require extra postal and handling charges. Please email us here describing what items you require, what date you want them delivered by and we will get back to you shortly to confirm if we can complete the order in the time given.
The Royal Mail are on Strike! Will This Affect Me?
As of when the Royal Mail go on strike other alternative postal companies will be used. This will not affect your payment and a tracking code will still be available with both U.K and international orders.
I’ve Tried To Pay But Your Website Won’t Take My Payment?
You can easily order by emailing us at awencreations@yahoo.co.uk with the name of your items and we will send you an invoice for the items via Paypal.
Or alternatively you can send payment to awencreations@yahoo.co.uk via Paypal and email us here with your order along with your tracking payment code you receive by Paypal after payment is paid.
I've Got A Discount Code*
When checking out please add in the box your Discount code and the amount will be deducted. If any problems in using your discount code please check out with the normal payment and email
us here with your discount code and order details and we will manually refund your discount shortly.

Be assured returns are not given on any prosthetics due to our high health and safety standards.
Holidays Last Official Order Dates
Halloween: 24th October for Overseas. 27th October for U.K post*
(If you are ordering after these dates please contact us and enquire delivery for Halloween. If we have stock we can still get your items to you in time.)
Christmas: 17th December for Overseas. 19th December for U.K post*
(If you are ordering after these dates please contact us and enquire delivery for Christmas. If we have stock we can still get your items to you in time.)
New Years: 17th December for Overseas. 27th December for U.K post*
